		• Expertise in forming and leading cross-functional, multi disciplinary Teams.   • Expertise in FDA driven cGMP/compliance issues as it relates to     Engineering Design and user requirements.   • Weekly in-house Project Meetings with Project Managers and head     Discipline Engineer.   • Quality Assurance by Project Executive, a professional MEP Engineer.   • Continuous communication with client or owner, other consultants     and sub-consultants.
		• Senior staff assigned to direct proper completion of administrative issues. • Action items are assigned to responsible staff and expedited by Project     Managers to assure timely and proper completion.
