Design and Construction Administration Services for proving site utilities for the new Pavilion Building, National Park Service, Liberty Island, NY

A&J Consulting was retained for this design-build project to design site utilities for the new pavilion building at Liberty Island.

The design involved extending and providing a new 4 inch below ground combined sprinkler/domestic water piping, a 6 inch below ground sanitary piping, a sewer manhole and a concrete pit for the sewer grinder.

A new 500 Kva transformer with 480/277V and 800 Amps distribution panel was also provided.
