Replacement central heating plant, eight 350HP dual-fuel steam boilers.
Raymond V. Ingersoll Houses in Brooklyn has 20 buildings, 6 and 11-stories tall on 22.9-acres with 1,802 apartments housing some 4,532 residents.

General evaluation of the existing mechanical and electrical systems in the buildings was performed, and all the information was compiled in a scope report. The design included the demolition of the existing central heating plant and replacement with eight, 350HP Scotch Marine low pressure steam boilers and all ancillary equipment.
