Raymond Wong
Principal

As Principal, Mr. Wong presents over 24 years of experience. He is responsible for design and engineering of HVAC and plumbing systems for educational, industrial, institutional, pharmaceutical, and commercial buildings including condition surveys and system and component failure analyses, calculation of heating and cooling loads, flow diagrams, selection of chillers, boilers, AHUs, pumps, and design of ductwork and piping. He prepares construction drawings and specifications, reviews shop drawings and verifies construction work for conformance to design documents. He attends meetings with clients and owners and coordinates work with other trades such as structural, electrical, architectural, fire protection, etc. He is skilled in blending the practicality of MEP system design to strategize and develop energy efficiency and financial incentives into projects.
